Internet and fraud
If there is one thing we encounter regularly, and to a much greater extent than is the case today, it is internet scams. There are many people who have encountered something like this and believe me, you don\’t want to be in their shoes. Nowadays, you really have to be careful and it is for this very reason that you do not lose all your savings. Especially with the elderly, we see that they have lost all their savings because they believed someone they should not have believed. A light bulb should go off in a person\’s head when they see that a message or email is not spelled correctly in the Czech language. The Czech language is not an easy language for many nationalities and for this very reason it is very easy to tell if you are dealing with a scammer.
The emails and messages in question are often written in broken Czech. If someone starts writing to you like this, do not respond to the messages. Another way to spot a scammer is to look at their profile, for example on social media. If you see that the profile has only recently been set up, this is a sign that it is a fake profile. Even something like this can help you spot a fraudster. If there\’s anything to look out for, it\’s the emails that come into your inbox. If you\’ve already got a certain mail falling into your spam folder, don\’t click on it.
It\’s quite possible that it really is something malicious that could affect both your computer and your mobile phone. If there\’s one thing you should remember, it\’s that you shouldn\’t put your credit card details anywhere. Why? Because you can lose your money very easily. If you often shop on websites where you have an account and you get an email saying you have to enter your card somewhere or your account will be deleted, never enter your card number. It\’s a scam. No genuine website will ever ask you to do something like that. Be careful not to run into major problems. It can be avoided but you need to be careful.
