We humans travel
Everyone is drawn somewhere at some point in their lives. Regardless of what it is that draws us there, everyone may feel the need to leave the nest they were born and raised in and head somewhere to be drawn to. And such a person may go to that new place permanently or only temporarily. To get to know another place, enjoy it, and then either return home again or continue the journey.
In short, people travel. Sometimes voluntarily, sometimes not, sometimes for pleasure, sometimes for something that is definitely needed, sometimes far away, sometimes in the neighborhood for a change of pace, sometimes just a short distance away. But we travel. To see what\’s going on outside our homes, and to learn something or show something to the people we meet on our travels.
And of course, we travel by various means of transportation. Not only by land and ship, but also by air. Mankind has already mastered all of these, and we find nothing unusual or exceptional about it. We just put ourselves in the best chosen means of transportation that is available and that will take us to our destination. In doing so, we will not have to skin our walking feet.
And what should we keep in mind when traveling this way? Among other things, it would be to behave in a considerate and courteous manner. Of course, to considerate and courteous people. Because just because they are different from us in some way does not mean that they are bad. Even if they are, they have a right to be. Because elsewhere, they are at home, not we are at home. Just as they accept the reality, we, as guests, should accept the reality that is there, or at least we should accept it here. Because it improves the relationships between people. And these are desirable on a good level, even if we never see the people we meet along the way again. Because what we give in this regard will (hopefully) come back to us.
